Innula, an unusual cognomen, perhaps a nickname; her praenomen is the feminine form of her father's gens name.
rarus, -a, -um
uncommon, infrequent, rare; superlative form of the adjective.
Quirina, ae f.
Quirina (typically abbreviated QVIR with tribu understood), it was one of the 35 voting tribes in Rome. The case is locative. Romulus divided the citizens into 3 urban groups for voting, originally based on geography; Servius Tullius added another urban tribe and 16 rustic. The Quirina was one of the last tribes created in 241BCE when the number was set at 35. New citizens were added to existing tribes with no clear rationale.
